Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer – Diagnostics and Repair of ICE, BEV, and PHEV Vehicles

We are a mechanical repair shop specializing in the repair and diagnosis of latest-generation vehicles (ICE, BEV, PHEV) and we are looking for a Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer to join our technical team.

We are looking for someone with strong practical skills, capable of working in a workshop and dealing with complex issues related to modern vehicles.

Main tasks:

Advanced diagnostics on ICE, BEV, and PHEV vehicles
Analysis and resolution of mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
Work on:
- Traditional and hybrid powertrains
- High-voltage systems (HV)
- Batteries, inverters, electric motors
Use of multi-brand and OEM diagnostic tools
Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and technical documentation
Technical support to the workshop team
Software updates, resets, and calibrations (ADAS, steering, sensors)
Application of HV safety procedures

Required qualifications:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields

Technical skills:

Excellent knowledge of vehicle mechanics
Skills in automotive electronics and diagnostics
Knowledge of ECU architectures and vehicle networks (CAN, LIN – FlexRay is a plus)
Experience or knowledge of:
- Electric vehicles (BEV) and plug-in hybrids (PHEV)
- High-voltage systems and batteries
Ability to use:
- Diagnostic testers
- Multimeter, automotive oscilloscope
Knowledge of ADAS procedures (post-repair calibration)

Preferential requirements:

High Voltage (HV) certifications or training
Practical workshop experience with BEV/PHEV
Familiarity with OEM systems and Secure Gateway
Structured fault analysis skills (problem solving)
